  • Manufacturing Support Engineer

    We are looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented Manufacturing Support Engineer with a strong desire to improve assembly and completeness for the production process. Responsibilities will be associated with ensuring that custom LED products are planned, kitted, assembled, QA’d and shipped correctly and smoothly. The position requires the candidate to be responsible for ensuring complex jobs have all components ordered and planned for, as well as improving how these customer orders are documented and standardized to maximize quality and minimize errors. The candidate will also aid production to create custom support components in the metal department, and will be required to understand thermal and mechanical constraints for each product.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Master the product line and understand all components used, and be knowledgeable with electrical and thermal requirements.
    • Setup heat tests for component performance.
    • Assist metal department in manufacturing mounting solutions for metal plates with thermal and static.
    • Ensure quality and consistency of products by reviewing customer orders as they enter production, QA, and shipping.

  • Industrial Engineer

    We are seeking an Industrial Engineer who has a strong desire to improve manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for a wide range of process improvement projects related to improving how LED products are built and assembled, as well as how these processes are documented and standardized to maximize quality and minimize lead time. Your focus will be on analyzing the production processes from the planning stage through to shipment of customer orders, which requires a strong understanding of industrial engineering practices and failure analysis methods. You will be expected to independently drive projects to improve production, as well as frequently working with other engineers in design reviews to facilitate new products transferring to production.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Analyze manufacturing production to understand current-state and develop solutions to improve all aspects of lean manufacturing.
    • Standardize the training and assembly procedures for LED products to maximize efficiency, quality and consistency while minimizing errors and customer returns.

As an engineer in our advanced design group, you will be able to prototype every conceivable technology inside our products.     We looking for either a mechanical or electrical engineer for our skunkworks group! Someone who is interested in taking Noribachi headfirst into the Internet of Things. McKinsey has described the Industrial Internet of Things as an $11 trillion opportunity, and we want to be at the forefront of the lighting industry’s Internet of Things. There are 100 million commercial lights in the US, think of each light as a node, and imagine the opportunities. Noribachi needs someone to head our IoT efforts.

    Noribachi is seeking a motivated and ambitious individuals to join our dynamic sales team. For the Inside Sales Position , you will report to the Director of Sales and Vice President of Business Development.     As the Manufacturing Technician, you will report to the Chief Executive Officer. Responsible for developing or improving manufacturing methods for all operating machines.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develops manufacturing methods for new products or methods as suggested by new equipment, engineering changes and special requirements acquired through internal and customer contact.
