  • Vice President of Sales - Indoor & Architectural LED Market

    Noribachi, a leading US based LED manufacturer, is looking for a Vice President to develop and execute a national sales plan and marketing strategy for Noribachi’s indoor product line. This position will own its own P&L and be responsible for creating new revenue streams. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create short and long term market strategies to achieve sales goals for product line.
    • Develop sales plans that are in line with Noribachi’s objectives.
    • Ensure revenue targets are achieved.
    • Structure, hire, develop and lead sales team to effectively meet sales target.
    • Take appropriate levels of risk and make decisions that have significant positive business impact.

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of relevant experience.
    • MBA Required.
    • Proven track record of delivering significant sales growth.

  • Inside Sales/Account Manager

    Noribachi is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our dynamic sales team. As the Inside Sales/Account Manager, you will report to the Chief Operating Officer. Candidate must be a motivated self-starter capable of delivering results, be hands-on, results-oriented, and metrics driven. The ideal candidate will be qualifying leads and prospecting target accounts. The individual will also be responsible for setting up introductory meetings for these target accounts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly & annual quota.
    • Identify, process, and qualify leads into sales opportunities.
    • Develop qualified leads by researching, profiling, cold calling, and networking targeted companies & contacts.
    • Manage a large and growing database of leads in the Noribachi CRM system, efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting and maintaining them until they are established in the sales pipeline.
    • Transition qualified leads to the appropriate regional Business Development Manager.
    • Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
    • Providing product quotes as required.

  • Manufacturing Technician

    As the Manufacturing Technician, you will report to the Chief Executive Officer. Responsible for developing or improving manufacturing methods for all operating machines.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develops manufacturing methods for new products or methods as suggested by new equipment, engineering changes and special requirements acquired through internal and customer contact.
    • Investigates alternative manufacturing methods through study of machine costs, related/non-related machining operations, and resolves problems through direct supplier contact.
    • Determines tools, jigs and fixtures and other new or special equipment required to obtain specified production.
    • Applies knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing including multiple spindle screw machines, secondary operations and tool room operations to develop or improve methods.
    • Provides technical assistance to personnel regarding machine and equipment maintenance/repair as well as perform as required.
    • Assists personnel in the creation and documentation of safety procedures within all manufacturing areas.
    • Oversees use of statistical methods of quality control.
    • Documents daily activity on production ticket.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Manufacturing Plant Manager

    As the Manufacturing Plant Manager, you will report to the Chief Executive Officer. To plan, direct and coordinate plant operations in accordance with business unit objectives to manufacture high quality products at the lowest possible cost.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assures finished goods are in accordance with company quality control guidelines.
    • Communicates with management in regards to production schedules, production problems and employee issues daily.
    • Prepares and presents an annual budget and plan for manufacturing the business unit’s products in support of the business unit’s goals and objectives.
    • Maintains and controls the physical condition of the plant and surrounding grounds.
    • Accepts and arbitrates grievances in accordance with company policy or any existing labor agreements.
    • Establishes and maintains good community relationships through participation in civic groups and activities.
    • Establishes and maintains plant policies, procedures and guidelines consistent with company policies, procedures and guidelines.
    • Establishes and monitors compliance with all federal, state and local statutes.
    • Conducts plant tours on request of the marketing department.
    • Supervises all plant employees by delegating work orders, monitoring the quality of work and instructing employees on updated products and procedures on a daily basis.
