Business Development Manager

Status: Full Time

What’s the gig?

As an ambassador of Noribachi in the field you will be a leader in global shift to LED lighting. Equipped with an arsenal of the most cutting edge products, Noribachi Business Development Managers routinely awe customers with brilliant illumination and innovation.

You will travel cities, states and maybe even nations, building relationships, evoking enthusiasm and of course SELLING SELLING SELLING. Basically your mission, should you choose to accept it: to spread clean light and reduce energy anywhere you go. You are an LED evangelist. Or maybe folk hero, like Johnny Appleseed, except instead of trees you’re planting luminaires and unfortunately they’re not edible.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and adhere to a quarterly sales plan.
  • Schedule appointments and visit customers to review needs and determine opportunities.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and faithfully uphold Noribachi products.
  • Maintain detailed product knowledge.
  • Interface between customers and Noribachi’s headquarters for engineering concerns and custom orders.
  • Actively update your customers in Noribachi’s CRM database.
  • Provide product quotes to potential customers.

 

Compensation:

Business Development Managers will work on a commission only basis for their initial hiring period, which can be up to 6 months. Commission is a flat 10%. Top performing Business Development Managers will be offered a salaried position.

Sales Support Administrator

Status: Full Time

What’s the gig?

You’re an organized multi-tasking perfectionist; you’ve never met a spreadsheet you didn’t like; your entire life is mapped out Google Calendar down to the minute; and you can write an effective manual on telephone etiquette. If this describes you to a “T,” you could be our newest Sales Support Administrator!

As the Sales Support Administrator, you will report to the Chief Operating Officer and assist our stellar sales and business development team in all aspects at Noribachi.

Some of your tasks will include generating reports, managing schedules, creating sales documents, producing and filing invoices, collecting overdue payments, and monitoring ongoing orders. The ability to prioritize and manage many projects while keeping scope of the big picture is not only a plus—it is required!

We’re on the fast track to success and need you to keep up—slow pokes need not apply. You’ll also need to work well with others and possess the ability to exercise flexibility or rigidity when needed.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Generating sales reports.
  • Manage BDM Schedules/meetings on Google Calendar.
  • Creating and filing invoices.
  • Collecting overdue payments.
  • Producing sales documents.
  • Hosting sales meetings/conference calls.

 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline.
  • Tenaciously self-driven to succeed.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication (especially telephone) skills.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with poise.
  • Superior attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (Zoho) is a plus.
