    Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

    In this role, he brings two decades of experience as a technologist, senior executive, serial entrepreneur and investor.

    Prior to co-founding Noribachi, Farzad was founder, President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of the Niku Corporation, an infrastructure productivity software provider that created the first comprehensive suite of enterprise management applications for project and resource intensive organizations. Niku’s iNiku application was an early cloud-based software service. Headquartered in Silicon Valley, Niku employed over 1,200 personnel at the time Farzad took the company public in 1999 in an IPO lead by Goldman Sachs (NASDAQ: NIKU). Computer Associates later acquired the company.

    Earlier, Farzad was co-founder, President and CEO of Diba, the first consumer information appliance company, which created Internet enabled TVs, smart phones and consumer devices. Diba was acquired by Sun Microsystems in 1997 just prior to going public in an offering led by Lehman Brothers. Diba became the foundation for Sun’s Consumer Technologies Group, which worked with consumer electronics companies to provide internet-ready, Java-enabled, TVs, set-top boxes, satellite boxes and smart phones.

    Before founding Diba, Farzad worked at the Oracle Corporation where he held a number of senior positions before becoming the Senior Vice President of Oracle’s New Media Division. Under his leadership, the 450-person New Media division developed the infrastructure technology and application prototypes for the first large-scale deployment of residential video-on-demand services. In addition, Farzad helped conceptualize Oracle’s efforts to create the network computer, a precursor to today’s internet-enabled computers that utilize cloud-based software applications. Farzad began his career as an engineer at General Electric. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.A. in Computer Science from San Jose State University.

    In addition to having served on the Board of Directors for multiple technology startups, Farzad is the co-author of “Just Add Management: Seven Steps to Creating a Productive Workplace and Motivating Your Employees In Challenging Times,” published by McGraw-Hill, 2002. He also authored from 1996-1997 the acclaimed “Diary of a Startup,” which was published in serial form by Upside Magazine. Farzad and his wife live in Santa Fe, New Mexico and Los Angeles, California.

    Co-Founder and Executive Chairman

    Prior to co-founding Noribachi, Rhonda was the co-founder of Niku Corporation, a Silicon Valley-based infrastructure productivity software provider that created the first comprehensive suite of enterprise management applications for project and human resource intensive organizations.

    At Niku she served as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Planning and Senior Vice President of Development where she was responsible for the design and development of Niku’s products, including iNiku, an early cloud-based software service. Rhonda helped take Niku public in 1999 in an IPO lead by Goldman Sachs (NASDAQ: NIKU). The company was later acquired by Computer Associates.

    Earlier, Rhonda was an executive for Webvan, the pioneer online grocery store where she was Director of Quality Assurance. She worked for the Oracle Corporation for seven years where she held a number of positions in the Business Applications Division, including Director of Testing and Development Manager and Architect for Oracle’s Manufacturing Applications. Rhonda began her career at Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young) as a manufacturing consultant implementing JIT, TQC, and other manufacturing process improvements at large manufacturing companies, and at GE as a nuclear power plant test engineer.

    Rhonda earned a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University. She is the author of numerous patents.
    Rhonda served on the Board of Trustees for The Bosque School, an independent K-12 education institution. Previously, she served on the Board of Directors of Accion New Mexico and on New Mexico’s State Board of Finance. Rhonda and her husband live in Santa Fe, New Mexico and Los Angeles, California.

    In 2002, Rhonda co-authored “Just Add Management: Seven Steps to Creating a Productive Workplace and Motivating Your Employees In Challenging Times”, which was published by McGraw-Hill. She is also a sought- after author and speaker on the topic of woman technology entrepreneurs.

    Chief Strategy Officer

    Esther is Noribachi’s Chief Strategy Officer. She is responsible for formalizing the company’s strategic planning process, forging new partnerships and executing sustained company initiatives.

    This new role comes on the heels of Esther’s tenure at Noribachi as General Manager, COO and VP, Sales.

    Prior to Noribachi, Esther held several management level positions at Toyota, Lexus and Scion.

    Esther earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami with a focus on Marketing.




    Chief Information Officer

    Mark is Noribachi’s CIO and responsible for the Cloud Division including all IOT device development and deployment services.

    Prior to Noribachi, Mark has over 30 year’s experience and served as Senior Vice Products of Recommind and responsible for Engineering, Product, and Cloud Services and Support for Recommind’s eDiscovery products.  While at Recommind, Mark oversaw and consistently grew Recommind’s largest revenue division – OnDemand Services.  Mark also led the Engineering and Product teams to advance from waterfall product planning to sprint-based processes and eventually becoming a nimble DevOps organization.

    Mark was also a founding member of several high growth consumer startups specializing in cloud based video and music devices and services – Diba (information appliances), as well as CEO and founder of OneTrueMedia/Spotmixer.

    Mark began his career working for a nearly a decade in the Oracle Kernel Development team, holds patents in Media Servers and Information Appliance Architectures.  He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL.

    Executive Vice-President and General Counsel

    Bruce Wiggins is Executive Vice President and has served as Noribachi’s General Counsel since its inception. He is AV Preeminent Peer rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been listed in “Best Lawyers in America.” Bruce has a broad range of experience as General Counsel to private, public, start-up and seasoned companies in a variety of industries.

    He served in the U.S. Marine Corps in Vietnam in 1968 for which he received a Bronze Star with Combat “V”. He has achieved the permanent rank of Lt. Colonel.

    He was educated at Stanford University and University of New Mexico where he received his law degree cum laude in 1973.

    Vice President of Worldwide Major Account Sales and Strategic Partnerships

    Rene Pharisien is the vice president of worldwide major account sales and strategic partnerships. He comes to Noribachi with 30 years of experience in high tech sales executive leadership, leading high performance sales teams, with a focus on large enterprise accounts across a variety of vertical markets.

    Previously, he served as head of North America enhanced technologies sales for Fortinet, a firewall security firm, where he was responsible for accelerating the company’s sales of cyber security products. Prior to Fortinet, Rene was Senior Vice President of U.S. Sales for Sendmail (acquired by Proofpoint) and later head of North America major account sales for Proofpoint. Before joining Sendmail he held sales and marketing leadership roles with a number of high growth start-up’s, including Siebel Systems (acquired by Oracle), Niku (acquired by CA Technologies), Epiphany (acquired by SSA Technologies), Kintera (acquired by Blackbaud) and Decision View (acquired by IMS Health).

    Rene started his career as a salesman with Prime Computer, a leading mini computer company, where he rose through the ranks and eventually became sales manager for the large Los Angeles branch.

    Rene holds a B.S. in marketing and business administration from Portland State University, Portland, Oregon.
